I had a fantastic experience at this shoe repair shop! I took in a pair of vintage heels that had seen better days, and honestly, I thought they were beyond saving. The staff was so knowledgeable and really took their time to explain what could be done. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked them up— they looked brand new! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I appreciate that they also use high-quality materials. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shop was a bit small and crowded when I visited, making it a little tricky to navigate. However, the excellent service more than made up for it! I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone in need of shoe repairs.
